Dual İnşaat brings sites, cash, accounts, purchasing, income and expenses, document archive, stock, staff and timesheets, invoices and reporting together in a single Windows program. Every expense is tied to its site, so site cost and profitability come from one ledger with no double entries. It runs on a single PC or across an office network with several users, and your data and documents stay on your own computer or server.

The database and documents live on your own computer or server and are never sent to the cloud. Internet is only needed to validate the licence.
User roles define who can see which screens and what they can change.
Critical actions are logged with who did what and when.
Completed sites and closed periods accept no new entries, so reported figures never change afterwards.

Approve the timesheet and the rest posts itself
Timesheets are entered as a worker × day grid: full day, half day, leave, absent and overtime hours. On approval, earnings are credited to the worker's account and booked to the site as labour cost; advances and payments come out of the cash box.
- The wage is captured on each timesheet line, so later rate changes never alter past timesheets
- A worker can split a day between two sites, but never log more than one full day in total
- Advances and payments don't create expenses; the worker's account shows the remaining balance due
